I’m also RHD negative and searched this when I was pregnant. You do not need anti-D injections before 12 weeks, if it is only a light bleed, as your immune system will not produce any antibodies at this time. I would speak to your midwife about after the 12 weeks though as this advice would be completely different. Hope this helps x

Rh-faktorn är en undergrupp till våra blodgrupper (A, B, AB och 0). Om mamman är Rh-negativ och pappan Rh-positiv finns det 50 procents risk att barnet blir Rh-positivt.
